Angie left the corporate world in 2017 to fully dedicate her time to her true passions: yoga and meditation. For two years in Argentina, she studied Kaladanda, a discipline developed by Carola Terreni, rooted in principles of Jivamukti Yoga. Angie focuses on a combination of Indian traditional asanas (postures) mixed with Tibetan Buddhism philosophy, which seeks transformation and enlightenment through a yoga and meditation practice. Her most inspiring meditation gurus include: Alan Wallace, Matthieu Ricard, and Pema Chodron.
Kelly, is a competitive obstacle course racer and passionate trail runner. She prefers mountains and trails to roads, but will run anywhere in good company. She teaches running technique for beginners and can take private groups out for runs or jogs around the area. Kelly admins the facebook group, Run Muskoka, and enjoys keeping the local community fit!
